Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team to ensure daily operational targets are met.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on industrial machinery to diagnose and resolve technical failures efficiently.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to extend asset lifespan.
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize equipment downtime and optimize throughput.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective engineering improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting complex machinery.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
