Are you a seasoned technical professional with a passion for excellence in hospitality? BHP is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor / Chief Engineer to oversee the technical operations of 16 premium luxury villas located in the heart of Canggu, Bali.
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our property standards, ensuring that every guest experience is flawless through impeccable maintenance and preventative care. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who combines technical expertise with the ability to manage a high-performing maintenance team in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining asset value, optimizing energy efficiency, and responding swiftly to technical challenges, ensuring our luxury villas remain in pristine condition at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for 16 luxury villas to ensure high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the onsite maintenance team to ensure 24/7 responsiveness.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies while optimizing procurement costs.
- Oversee external contractors and vendors for specialized technical repairs or large-scale renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they impact guest stays.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all villa premises.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and budget projections for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within the hospitality or luxury villa sector.
- Strong technical background in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil works.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and management.
- Proficiency in preventative maintenance software or basic property management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Canggu area.
