As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate with production teams, and manage maintenance resources efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and facilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production departments to minimize operational disruptions
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage maintenance inventory, including ordering, tracking, and optimizing spare parts
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare maintenance reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing or industrial plants
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and industrial equipment
- Experience with maintenance management systems and CMMS software
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
