Are you an experienced leader in the manufacturing industry? PT. Spitze Sentosa Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor (Plastic Injection) to join our dynamic team in Cikarang.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of our plastic injection machinery. You will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure maximum equipment uptime, minimize production downtime, and guarantee the smooth flow of our manufacturing processes. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the maintenance department and the production floor, ensuring that technical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor and oversee the performance of plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal output.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA/ISO).
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking.
- Train junior staff on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/D4 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding maintenance and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Valid Technical Certifications are an advantage.
