Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and process flow.
- Execute repairs on ultrasonic welding machines and complex industrial equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for audit compliance.
- Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing technical schematics and assisting in facility layout adjustments.
- Adhere to strict occupational health and safety (OHS) standards at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and experience using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ultrasonic welding processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work within the Clark Freeport Zone.
