Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) on all factory machinery, equipment, and fittings to ensure continuous operation.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.
- Execute timely and effective corrective maintenance to resolve breakdowns, minimizing production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and inspection findings.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices during maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment performance and schedule maintenance activities efficiently.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machinery and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in metal industries.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and diagnose root causes of failures.
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations within an industrial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
