Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
- Install and commission new machinery and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service reports for all production equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and request replenishments when necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety protocols and local environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work on shifts or provide emergency on-call support when required.
