In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment including batching plants, pumps, mixers, and other machinery. You will work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure smooth production processes. We are looking for a proactive, skilled technician who can handle both mechanical and electrical tasks and respond quickly to breakdowns.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment used in concrete production
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with operations team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Order and manage spare parts inventory as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
