Are you a skilled technician looking to build your career in one of Bali's most charming boutique properties? Balquisse Heritage Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in Badung. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our unique aesthetic is matched by perfectly functioning infrastructure, providing our guests with a seamless and comfortable stay.
You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our hotel property, ensuring that all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems are operating at peak efficiency. We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong technical foundation and a proactive attitude toward solving maintenance issues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections across all hotel rooms and public areas.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and general power distribution.
- Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues, including water supply, drainage, and bathroom fixtures.
- Maintain and service air conditioning (AC) units to ensure optimal climate control for guests.
- Repair restaurant and kitchen equipment to ensure uninterrupted food and beverage service.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of all repairs and inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or specialized technical works as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent certification in Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential hazards early.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet hotel operational needs.
- Residency in or around the Badung area is preferred.
