As a Maintenance Technician, you will be entrusted with the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of industrial equipment including production machinery, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical panels, and HVAC units. Your responsibilities will encompass both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and uphold productivity standards. You will conduct regular inspections, diagnose faults, and perform repairs while adhering to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical principles, capable of reading technical diagrams and using diagnostic tools. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to develop maintenance schedules, optimize equipment performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and suggest modifications.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
