As a key member of our engineering support team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects, minimizing tool downtime, and enhancing process stability. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing tools and machinery.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of downtime and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Execute improvement projects designed to increase overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and process stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
- Support the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Ensure all safety protocols and site-specific operational procedures are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems and automated industrial equipment is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
