In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep of sophisticated industrial machinery, conducting both scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine systems.
- Escalate critical machine breakdowns or unusual operating conditions immediately to the Plant Engineer or Production Manager.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all maintenance activities, inspections, and parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and process efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrade projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical repair.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with PLC controls and automation systems is considered a strong advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts and respond to urgent maintenance calls when necessary.
