Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and plant equipment.
- Install, calibrate, and configure new equipment and electrical systems as required.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical faults or safety hazards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during operational shifts.
- Adhere strictly to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines and company safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and implement effective repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical control systems.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with a focus on safety and precision.
- Possession of a valid Chargeman certification (A0/A1) is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
