Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system malfunctions.
- Execute complex repairs and part replacements to minimize operational downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the facility logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and safety.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar engineering field.
- Relevant vocational certification or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Technology.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules as required by plant operations.
