Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures
- Order and manage spare parts inventory efficiently
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OHS standards
- Optimize equipment performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and automation systems
- Certification in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid electrical/mechanical safety certifications
