We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic operations team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a crucial hands-on role responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality, reliability, and safety of all manufacturing and facility equipment. Your primary mission will be to execute comprehensive preventive maintenance, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct efficient repairs to minimize unplanned downtime while strictly adhering to stringent food safety and quality compliance standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
As a key member of our engineering department, you will engage with a diverse range of industrial machinery, including high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, mixers, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, implement corrective actions swiftly, and maintain meticulous documentation for all maintenance activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs on production machinery and facility equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Carry out corrective and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime and maintain workflow continuity.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work orders, parts inventory, and equipment logbooks.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine changeovers and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies (e.g., lockout/tagout).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Possess own transport and willing to work shift hours if required.
- Good communication skills and a strong team player with a problem-solving attitude.
