Farmiera Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lukut, Negeri Sembilan. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide professional engineering and technical leadership to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our factory operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining equipment and infrastructure while championing people's health and safety, product safety, and environmental stewardship.
In this role, you will conduct regular inspections, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with external vendors when needed. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documenting procedures and maintaining records. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will be essential in minimizing downtime and optimizing production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to restore functionality quickly.
- Execute corrective repairs and replacements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in training junior technicians and promoting a culture of safety and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts when required.
