Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and test new equipment and machinery as required by operational expansion.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the facility maintenance log.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, OSH standards, and company policies.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and identifying necessary components for regular maintenance.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs before they escalate.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical trade qualification).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment (multimeters, calipers, etc.).
- Good command of Malay and English for clear communication and report writing.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to work shifts or provide overtime support when necessary.
