Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Execute emergency repairs promptly to restore machine functionality and ensure continuous production flow.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports of all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to operational targets.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machinery and equipment, providing technical input and support.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent field).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician or similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical (including 3-phase systems), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions using logical problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and automated machinery is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
