Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct daily safety checks and risk assessments on all production lines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to minimize machine downtime and maximize output efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, repair records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety regulations and company hygiene standards.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new production equipment.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic computer literacy for using maintenance management software.
- Physically fit to work in a fast-paced factory environment and perform manual tasks.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
