Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and extruders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety checks of production lines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve technical issues and reduce machine downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and work orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and modification of new machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of plastic processing machinery and control systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and standard hand tools.
