Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform daily inspections of production equipment to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment serviced.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new machinery and production tools.
- Adhere strictly to company safety standards, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, and industrial regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC systems, and mechanical repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including overtime, weekends, or public holidays as required by production needs.
- Physically fit and capable of handling equipment and standing for extended periods.
