Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures promptly.
- Execute equipment repairs, including part replacements and adjustments, according to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts and tools.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve equipment efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blue prints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in varied industrial conditions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required.
