Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in the CMMS.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license is required.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments.
