Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Conduct timely troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine issues.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment repairs and inspections.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize machine downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery upgrades.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team for necessary replacements.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (K3) standards in the work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shift work schedules when required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control protocols.
