Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment failures
- Execute repair tasks to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Certification in preventive maintenance techniques preferred
- Experience with food processing equipment advantageous
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
