Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and perform effective repairs.
- Monitor and maintain facility utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts and specialized tools.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine efficiency and suggest process optimization ideas.
- Ensure full compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and company safety standards during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new production equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices (LOTO, PPE, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure.
- Good command of Indonesian and basic technical English.
