In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our production facility by performing essential preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine malfunctions promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of production lines to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade industrial machinery as required by operational needs.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment repairs and services.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with all factory safety policies and workplace health and safety (K3) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC, electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic tools.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and high-precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a shift rotation and respond to emergency equipment calls when necessary.
