Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Execute repairs and replacements to maintain facility infrastructure
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and work order logs
- Collaborate with vendors for specialized equipment servicing
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing
- Certification in HVAC systems or industrial machinery preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and willingness for on-call rotation
