Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in industrial and commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair faults in building equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting, and basic building controls.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of specialized repair projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and operations.
- Adhere strictly to all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant Vocational Training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of industrial systems and MEP infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various industrial environments, including heights or confined spaces if required.
- Proficient in communicating effectively in Bahasa Melayu and/or English.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation to travel between sites within Shah Alam if necessary.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
