Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing/food industry
- Vocational diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and OHS regulations
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Experience with PLC systems and automated production equipment
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in standing positions
- Valid certification in electrical/mechanical maintenance preferred
