Givaudan is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Cikarang, West Java. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting daily plant operations by performing essential maintenance and repair tasks on critical production and facility equipment. As a Maintenance Technician at Givaudan, you will play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety checks of production lines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production managers and operators to identify potential equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or FMCG plant.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatic circuits, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
