Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, packaging lines, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Execute machinery installation and modification projects as required by production schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with production managers to implement maintenance schedules that support operational goals.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, work orders, and technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Valid Malaysian Driving License is an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
