Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on AC units, power generators, and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and request procurement of necessary components for repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors or specialist contractors for complex equipment overhauls when necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and equipment failures across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial or commercial facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of AC repair, generator maintenance, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
