Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Install, modify, and repair wiring, control systems, and electrical components
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to optimize equipment performance
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company maintenance standards
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong proficiency in electrical schematics and blueprints reading
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA 30) preferred
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and power equipment
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good physical fitness for equipment access and tool handling
