Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Conduct diagnostic testing to identify mechanical failures and operational inefficiencies
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment documentation
- Order replacement parts and manage inventory for maintenance supplies
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities
- Provide technical training to junior technicians as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field
- Technical certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and measurement equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments and handle heavy equipment
- Certification in industrial maintenance is preferred
