Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production lines, packaging equipment, and facility utilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems quickly and effectively.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform urgent repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to install new equipment and modify existing systems for process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and order materials as needed to prevent supply shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and food processing equipment.
- Familiarity with basic PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays as required.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
