Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance, repair, and calibration of production machinery
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
- Experience with production machinery in manufacturing environments
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., electrical, HVAC) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
