Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures.
- Execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure workplace safety.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and utility systems.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and be available for shift duties as required.
