Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures promptly.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all completed repairs and inspections.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
- Install and commission new equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment compliant with workplace safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support during urgent breakdown situations.
