Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Execute complex repairs and part replacements according to technical manuals and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory reports for parts and tools.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities that do not disrupt production flows.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (K3) regulations within the workplace.
- Participate in emergency repairs and standby shifts as required by operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized precision measuring instruments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
