Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, inspect, and maintain electrical distribution systems and building facility equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Act as the authorized Chargeman (AO) for site electrical installations, ensuring full compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical panels, switchgears, and control circuits to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and perform root cause analysis on equipment failures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid AO Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or industrial facility management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, local building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work on shifts or be on standby for emergency site requirements.
