Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive assembly line machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical failures to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or equipment wear and tear.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal machine performance during shifts.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for audit purposes.
- Execute equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as directed by engineering leads.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and plant regulations.
- Support root-cause analysis activities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven working experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably within the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Solid understanding of PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- A disciplined approach to safety and quality assurance.
