Join ICHOR Systems as a Maintenance Technician (CNC Machining) and become a vital part of our manufacturing excellence team. You'll be responsible for performing comprehensive preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance on all production machinery and equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults in machinery
- Execute corrective maintenance and repair activities
- Monitor equipment performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Valid electrical or mechanical maintenance certification preferred
