Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and instrumentation systems including PLCs, sensors, and control valves.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operation.
- Calibrate, test, and install various industrial instruments and electrical control panels.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement effective, long-term technical solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with stringent safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and documentation for all completed tasks and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize plant machinery and instrumentation performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial plant maintenance (E&I focus).
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices and industrial instrumentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, often under pressure during plant shutdowns or breakdowns.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment, including heights or confined spaces if required.
- Possess a valid Chargeman certification (A0/A1) is highly advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
