We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the operations team at MD Tool Technologies Sdn Bhd. In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of our facility's infrastructure, ensuring that all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities operate at peak performance. You will be responsible for executing general maintenance tasks, performing basic electrical works, and conducting timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain high production standards.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your proactive approach to problem-solving and your commitment to safety will directly impact our operational success. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is comfortable working with both mechanical and electrical systems and can adapt quickly to changing production needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility utilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, control systems, and mechanical failures efficiently.
- Execute basic electrical wiring, rewiring, and repair tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders in the system.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify potential equipment issues before they escalate.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, and basic electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
