Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance on polymer manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Repair and replace faulty components and parts as needed
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on new technologies and maintenance practices in the polymer industry
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance technician role, preferably in manufacturing or polymer industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in industrial environments
