Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule downtime for major repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and labor hours.
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and propose long-term technical solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with internal safety standards and industrial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in maintenance planning software or ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
