We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic operations team in the East Region. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure the highest quality output and operational continuity. Your role will focus on maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimizing production downtime through effective Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Implement strategies to minimize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities during downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with strict safety standards and company quality policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.
- Strong understanding of OEE, MTBF, and MTTR concepts and their application in a production setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
