Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing machinery, electrical systems, tooling, moulds, and dies
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and prevent failures
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Overhaul and replace worn components to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all repair activities
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime during maintenance windows
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and company maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification or willingness to obtain
